Deltog i en guidad tur på slottet som avslutades med en middag i huvudbyggnadens köksdel där de anställda förr tillagade och intog sina måltider. Kunnig och trevlig guide som delade med sig av slottet... read more »Took part in a guided tour of the Castle ended with a dinner in the main building's kitchen area where employees formerly cooked and took their meals. Knowledgeable and friendly guide who shared the castle's history. Powerful environment to live in, almost a little spiritual when time stood still in the main building since the last owner died in 1926. The visiting group was composed of 19 people and there were a total of 20 seats for this event. Was a very nice evening with great food! Green pea soup as a starter and perfectly cooked veal chop to the main course. We had missed that dessert would be ordered at the same time as the booking but they could fix an alternative dessert consisting of berries and ice cream. Divinely good!show original

Eva HagelbergLöfstad is a nice gem well worth a visit. Extra exciting that it has never been empty such as Ekenäs Castle but has been inhabited for generations until the final owner of the 30s. In cabinets and drawers are the items left behind as there was then. It is a home to visit rather than a museum.show original
