  • Don't miss this, for God's sake! Bring snacks and water and follow the markings that are not always easy to see. The trail goes between high school and Gullmarsvallen sports field but dare to go by the trail occasionally and face the sea and the waves. Sit down and enjoy the ones we have access to every day but maybe you only just today. The sea and the horizon can get anyone to sit silent for a good while. This has many stood for hours and spejat after her husband, son or brother's fishing boats or merchant ship. It was at the time, our minds accounted for communication and no one knew when and if they would come back from work at sea. A cousin who visited and hadn't quite easy with the name Stångehuvud called this Tjångiskallen which we now use. For me, the Lysekil very much a moment here on the smooth red granite cliffs.
