  • We have been the only guests at the camp site on transit through Sweden. Eigenelijk was only intended to stay overnight because it lay on the route but we decided to make another 10 KM to a 500 year old abandoned village surrounded by nature. Village itself was a wonderful open-air museum and we are brought back to the campsite with a quad! No cheap or luxury camping but very good service and natural capabilities.

  • Happen to be found on the internet for lodging in round-trip through Sweden. Actually an outdoor activities centre led by Dutch couple with possibility of safari to bears, moose and beavers (we had not booked in advance and had to wait for what we have not done). In the House where the owners lived on the first floor were two rooms on the BG that a shared living room and bathroom/toilet parts. All spacious and clean. The main road is nearby but quiet, and you walk in a few minutes from here to the Lake, the adjacent River with the old sawmill, and the forest. Real sense of outdoor. Simple but good breakfast. Very homely atmosphere in this accommodation. Good price-quality ratio.
