  • This was a very interesting look at the life of the Sami, including their nomadic culture, their relationship with the planet and seasons, and of course the reindeer. We paid a few crowns extra to fee...  more »
  • It is a place outdoors type Museum explaining the damage as vivian. 15€ / person. Seen in 15 min. Explanation in Swedish and English. There is choice of guide guided by 5€ more per person only to them 10 and 16 h (hard 45 min). Have ones 6 reindeer that can enter with them and give them of eat (have that buy food before 2€ per bag). He Museum is well but something expensive for what is (price Swedish) what if that deserves the penalty is give of eating to them reindeer that not are nothing dangerous and is leave play without problem. They have a cafeteria type Sami but I think to too cold in order to be.

  • The Museum, if it ever a Museum may be called, consists of an area of 30 x 30 meters wide. Sure, five traditional Sámi were reproductions to explore, which were marked with rather meager information. In General, we found the idea to allow an insight into the life of the native of Lapland well. From the current version for 150 SEK, or 120 SEK for students, we were rather disappointed. Since even the belonging to the Museum reindeer that have made also no happy impression on us have changed nothing more. No recommendation!

  • The receptionist was very unfriendly, cold, silent, annoyed by our presence and silent. We saw 3 or 4 reindeers who looked sad and unhappy. The museum was ok. Your should go see the reindeers at the reindeer Lodge where there are way more reindeers near Paksuniemivägen 180, 981 91 Jukkasjärvi. Also we weren't able to feed them as said in the small sign at the entrance.
  • We stayed at the Raindear Lodge and it was beautiful... The huts are nice and cosy and there is even a sauna!
  • We saw many reindeers, was even able to get close to them, the guide girl was good.
  • Very nice Sami park ideal for children to see a white reindeer
  • It is very good, I recommend it :)
