  • Visited this absolutely gorgeous cave Sunday when it was Christmas market. We had to stand outside in the wind and chill for 2 hours, after 1.5 hour I kept on giving up but my husband bought some food for us and last 30 minutes went by quickly. I must say I'm really glad I didn't give up! So amazing nice cave with true Christmas spirit in! Moderate amount of people in there and suddenly it felt like coming back to a different time! This Christmas market, I can really recommend!

  • A two-hour queue, an entry at $65 for all of 11 (195 USD for our family), a cave which was cozy, unusual and evocative but way too small (= didn't take long to go through). Do not superimponerad the offer either. Not much bang for the buck!

  • Was there at the Christmas market. So fantastic they made and nice range among the exhibitors. Now it was Christmas market and a queue as it would be Bruce Springsteen with free tickets:). But it was worth it. A world to be visited and maintained so hope they continue to have this wonderful destinations for us all.

  • Extremely nice and quiet campsite. Friendly staff and good prices. The service buildings are kept very clean although the shower costs SEK5 it is acceptable because of how well maintained it is. The onsite 'cave' is well worth a visit as well.
  • Twelve metres under the Earth have peasant farmhands and maids broken limestone during the century. With hammers, wedges and hacks broken limestone blocks and was carried out by hand to the waiting oxspannen. Mining in the Tykarpsgrottan cave complex was begun in 1700-century and ceased in 1888. Still going on in nordkalk limestone quarry at pargas Ignaberga limestone quarry. Left of the underworld is a mysterious world of a 10 000 m ² big maze of aisles and pillared halls a world completely created by human hands for centuries. Hit down among the great pillared halls way Tage Danielsson with video team where they found a sufficiently mysterious hideaway for Ronia the robber's daughter. It is also where scenes from the Gables the man and the tv show is filmed Snapphanar. In the winter is also a mine bedchamber elsevare but here was species bats. Here they are looking away from cooling and noise from the world above.

  • Not very interesting place to visit. Poorly lighted cave, the tour was vacuous. Poorly maintained exhibition outside the cave with unreadable signs accommodation Could have been made a lot better but now feels the most like a tourist trap with thin content.
