  • Mjellby is worth a visit if you are in Halmstad and art interested. That is, if you can get there. It is hardly without a car as it is located a good distance outside of town. It is by bus, but it's not as enkellt. There is a great permanentutställning about the Halmstad group, which is well worth seeing, anyway once. The other exhibitions that range tend to be good to be so small museum. The premises are a little dull. Safe working but boring. The Cafe is also a right boring. Right now it is run by a collective arbestlösa migrant women as a project. The shop is little but the usual range of books and a little pryttel.

  • More should visit this gem. The exhibits are varied and thought-provoking. Look forward to the Café opens for the summer. During the winter months there is coffee in thermos and a cake made payable at the point of sale.
