(4.2/5 based on 280+ reviews on the web)
Maritiman keeps your curiosity afloat with a collection of 15 moored museum boats. Experience life at sea without ever leaving the harbor aboard the largest warship in Scandinavia, the Jagaren Småland destroyer. The site offers an app and audio guide for download, or you can opt for a guided tour given by a former veteran. Stop by the cafe for traditional Swedish waffles with whipped cream and jam to end your authentic maritime experience. • Visit interesting between various ships linked together through the walkways. The most interesting are definitely the Cruiser and the submarine.

  • Winter seems to be closed. Battleship was not allowed in, parked and firefighting vessels were seen near. Description and history of each ship is listed on the boat, but is Sweden. When viewing a translated site Maritiman app in advance by check, and that's right-and that can be observed, admiring. Old ship is painted and repainted and is beautiful. Vessels of the ship had become a restaurant.

  • So much closer to the stormy sea, mines, torpedoes and adventure on the high seas, without even cast off will not. A very kid-friendly attraction.

  • Very unique experience for me being from Canada considering I live on the water. The submarine and destroyer are well worth the price of admission. The other boats were ok.
  • Somewhat pricey for one-time visitors, but otherwise cheap as the ticket provided is valid for one year. A unique chance to see submarines, battleships and more from the inside, covering everything from machine rooms to the commander's bridge.
  • Amazing experience at Maritiman, you can discover ships and even enter a real submarine!
  • Very interesting to be able to explore the old ships. The passages are small and there are lots of stairs, so less mobile people won't get as much out of it.
  • They have some really nice old boats that you can visit. The submarine is popular!
