Flea Market Theme Park
Experience a range of excitement, from thrill rides to live events and holiday markets, at Liseberg, one of the most popular amusement parks in Scandinavia. This park is home to the Balder, a famous wooden-tracked roller coaster, as well as arcade games, a haunted hotel, and lots of other rides, including two water rides. Young children will want to try the kiddie rides, like the tea cups, bumper cars, and dragon boats. If you're looking for something more relaxing, enjoy quiet gardens, take in a show or concert, or, if the season's right, visit the park's Christmas market. Use our Gothenburg trip itinerary planner to add Liseberg and other attractions to your Gothenburg vacation plans.

Where to stay in Gothenburg

Gothenburg has much to offer in the way of accommodations, all relatively close to the city center. You'll find a number of upscale hotels in the city center and on the outskirts of the city as well, that offer a luxurious, private retreat. There are a few mid-range options here in the form of hotels and bed and breakfasts. Budget-conscious travelers can seek out a number of hostels and guesthouses, or rent an apartment and save money on food by cooking at home. If you're feeling a bit more adventurous, opt to stay at one of the many campsites. No matter what your price point, be sure to book in advance.

  • Plenty of things for all the family! Staff are helpful and friendly. Customer service is very good, many options for food. Some of the rides are a little dated, however theres also a lot of very new rides, a lot of fun.
  • Its a pretty large amusement park. The are many good rides if you are an adrinalin junkie. If you wanna try all the games then you can buy a ticket for that in the entrance which is cost effective. Also you may go inside and get the tickets if you are gonna try one or two games. There are a few water games as well. Many eateries and restaurants are also available.
  • A happening place for Kids and adults with a lot of fun rides with different thrill levels suiting all ages. You can end up in long queues if you visit I peak hours. Overall, a great place for day outing with family and friends.
  • amazing place! lots of fun! really good place for a birthday or just hang with friends! the food is not the best.
  • A must to visit when in Gothenburg! Fun rides with a nice mix of new and classics. Great for both small kids, teenagers and adults.
