Since this market opened in 1874, it has become an institution in the city, attracting tourists and locals alike. Tour the stalls of the indoor hall and purchase fish and shellfish, including local delicacies. If you're hungry, stop in to the site's seafood restaurant. • This is a must if you are in Gothenburg. To go from shop to shop in this "Church" and talk to knowledgeable fisherman is fun. Everything is nicely laid out and of course we will always out with an exciting bag and some new recipes that need to be tested.
