  • Very worth the climb to see the view, was able to see pelicans nesting and read the history of the buildings. The buildings are not very well maintained but still able to be seen.
  • This fort, which tells the story of the island is very interesting except that it is located in the complex of divi little bay

  • Small but cute place historic island, with an excellent view to Philipsburg and cruise ships arriving in Saint Maarten, highly recommended for sunset

  • It's a historic site, with epic view points over the bay. There are free standing buildings and cannons. It's a great little day hike, and a nice place to get a few pictures.
  • This is an awesome destination for a stunning view over the bay. It can be reached on foot, it's free and if you are lucky you can even watch pelicans nesting nearby. This is one of the absolute highlights of the island and might somewhat of an insider tip. On the day we went there we met not a single person on that spot. It doesn't get any better than this.
  • A smaller fort compared to the ones in Puerto Rico but still incredible to see.
  • Historic site with beautiful views.
  • They have to do the restoration of this place. Right now in 2016 it's still an abandoned site with piles of garbage all around.
