2.9/5 based on 190+ reviews on the web
At Marigot Market, peruse the cornucopia of goods that the local vendors have to offer. Described as a lively melting pot of colors, smells, and sounds, the market features everything from clothing, jewelry, and pottery to spices, fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish. Witness how the locals and foreigners alike zealously barter under the Caribbean sun. Amid the sea of kiosks and stalls, a stone statue and a huge painted fresco commemorate all black female market sellers. Note that the moment cruise ships sail into the harbor, goods usually become generic and variety diminishes.
