Quill/Boven National Park serves as a protected nature reserve that attracts visitors for its biodiversity and the dormant Quill volcano. You'll find a number of hiking trails of varying difficulty in the park. Watch for bright colored lizards and iguanas and trees with umbrella-shaped crowns, and listen to the sounds of hummingbirds echoing through the thick forest. One main highlight of the site visiting the rainforest inside the crater with trees reaching 40 m (131 ft). For a complete experience, book a guided hike. • Beautiful walk to a 1 1/2 hour. The trails to the Summit are marked by bits of tissue on the trees. Full of beautiful things to watch as the hermit crabs by the thousands.

  • We have a nice walk made of hour or 4. First to the highest point of the Quill and then the crater. Next day hiked to the top. Also nice trip. Please note that you have some more walk in the Sun, in contrast to the Quill. Good preparation is important. On the tops scenic views ri Saint Kitts Saint Barthlemy, Saba, and Sint Maarten.

  • Great hike up the volcano and down into crater. The tries in the crater are so big and beautiful. Please wear hiking shoes and be careful going down and hold on tight to the ropes.
