At Petit Cul de Sac Beach you can kick back and relax at what feels like your own private beach. Bring snorkeling gear to make the most of the calm waters--lucky visitors may even spot turtles enjoying the bay at this marine reserve. Despite the rather rocky shore, you'll find some sandy openings that provide easy access for swimming. This beach has no shops or restaurants, so take snacks and drinks with you. • This is a beautiful beach, we saw fish, birds diving for lunch, but best of all, was the sea turtle swimming around.  more »
  • This was unheard. We walked on pebbles and the ocean was moving quietly. It is as if everything was moving slowly. There were islands nearby. I stood there enjoying this place. Worthwhile to see!  more »
  • These are the secluded, somewhat hard to reach pools that are remote, usually empty and beautiful to visit. The pictures DO NOT do it justice. WARNING: This is a difficult hike for most, with uneven....  more »

  • If you want what feels like your own private beach this is the place to go. Easy to get to and to bring your snacks for the day...such a nice quite piece of paradise.
  • A beautiful white sandy beach, which is accessed by the climbing path. Nearby you will find the actual Saltworks, which ceased to be exploited for half a century now, and became a valuable refuge for a variety of migratory birds.

  • Beautiful sandy beach or you can also dive and see turtles. There are many villas for rent with a small cul de sac which is a quiet place of St. Bartholomew. You will be close to the capital but quiet. It is for me the most enjoyable Caribbean island to live. Car needed on the island as the Isle is very mountainous. Contrary to what one might think St. Bartholomew is not overpriced just looking for affordable rentals or villas. It is beautiful all year round you just have to avoid the period of cyclones. By period there are mosquitoes. The best product is OFF sold on the island. Our products sold on the Mainland are not very effective. Good discovery
