  • This is a one of the most visited place by Catholics in Sri lanka Located nest to lovely beach and very nice place to visit. During March and August very crowded
  • This church is located in Talawila in the Kalpitiya peninsula. It is reached by a very nice perfectly maintained road, unlike all the bumpy roads leading to the hotels and cabins for the kitesurfistes. Pope François came there in January 2015. A park can host thousands of pilgrims. Better avoid these days of pilgrimage to quietly visit places, including a very beautiful way of the cross. The Church is very stripped down. Near the church you will find a shop selling candles, rosaries and other anti-religious as to Lourdes.Il's just that to see in this peninsula where wind turbines stand left and right.
