  • We were looking for an elephant-friendly place to learn more about those giants animals and this one was just the place to go! No chains there, a place where the elephants can walk freely, and no acti...  more »
  • What a fantastic day! Calum? Our guide (not sure how to spell his name) was fantastic. Friendly and had answers to all of our questions! The cooking class was good fun, and nice to get an insight into...  more »
  • We spent a day there. I was with a friend and we paid € 105/person. When I signed up, it was explained that this large sum was used in the project. However, I tried to ask different questions to the guests in order to better understand this project (if you don't ask you don't get any info, wonder...) and the responses were very far from clear. Although this sum is used to: - pay the rental of the elephant (the owner not wanting to sell it) - pay food of the elephant and the participants - maroute, guide, food aid but sincerely to € 105/person with an average of 6 people per day (was told that there was people every day) I do not understand where to spend our money! Arrived on the scene, don't there was at no time a true explanation of the project. I hope that next, there are other projects, that our money would be used for other causes but again not. My conclusion: this activity is only a second activity to make money using elephants. After, Sitha looked fit and happy but if go you in the hope to support a real project to help the animals, it is missed. But once again great disappointment, because I thought we were going to have to deal with lovers of elephants that we would learn much but not at all! Once again few see no information. Personally I do not recommend and I'm disappointed to actually have.
