  • For many people it might be attractive by the profusion of images covering the façade as in so many other Hindu temples. It may be quaint to those representations, but to me are grotesque and unattractive artistically. Neither the interior captivates too.

  • 3 put to make it clear, just because of that, leaving aside from everything and forgetting my previous experience, I must admit a certain uniqueness to this church from many Buddhist temples on the island. But for me the place is "1". Frustrated after Kuala Lumpur Hindu temple, frustrated after Colombo Buddhist temple. Dirty (very unpleasant to walk around barefoot), isn't it nice and calm (beggars and oblique views, photo permit must harmonize with the guards (or, it is not clear they were activists in the Church?!)), you have to pay an entrance fee money too fanatically against the same Malaysian Temple. Yes, I understand, a lot-10-year civil war, which has affected and simple, in this case, the losers, imposes on the latter. But unpleasant and would never have advised to visit this shrine
