  • A small museum which gives a very interesting story about the history of the masks and the storytelling that goes along with it
  • The mask museum is really interesting. The lady who showed us around was very knowledgeable. There was a fabulous display of very old masks. It is not big but well worth the visit.
  • Net of the shop, the Museum is small but very nice. The masks are explained with short writings attacked. Drop by if you go by train between galle and colombo. It's worth it. Go north on Hwy x and you see on your left at the corner of main road. 10 \ 15 mins

  • Good museum with nice mask and description. I also could see the person doing the masks. They have a nice shop as well. Good place.
  • A very good collection of traditional masks. Ambalangoda is famous for its traditional masks.
  • Best Mask collection in down south
  • Quite interesting little Museum and unfortunately a shop with masks at "touristy" price. And stage of all the guides.

  • Mini-museum is not very well maintained, but free. The store is better, and you can buy a relatively good mask. Mini Museum in pepper neglected, but free. The store is already better and you can buy relatively good masks.
