  • Interesting place to learn the history of the persecution that took place the Inquisition Spanish on the population of the Valley of Baztán, with charges of 'witchcraft', from the points of view of persecutors and persecuted.

  • Good experience overall. Video on the ground must see low before starting the tour. It is a Museum of reading and to see quiet. If you are expecting something in tunnel of terror plan will disappoint. Much emphasis is placed on Basque mythology and the Inquisition. The price seems right for what it offers. I highly recommend it.

  • If you want to feel seen and pursued in a cold and dark atmosphere is the right place, an ideal place for those who like us places with supernatural atmosphere, is a museum full of energy that you feel when you step on the first step, recommend it in its entirety, is very complete from history to the environment developed the characters created and you feel that you look... have screens that explain step by step what happened in that place , the history of them witches and them whys of each situation, has with an auditorium in the plant low that you wrapped when switched off them lights (more if going only as I ja: S) leaving you a feeling of chills. I recommend it for adults preferably environment if it is something heavy, is not face the entrance (€4.50) as if you're Zugarramurdi caves make you discount, you can buy little witches of memory.

  • Musée et grotte sympas
  • It is essential to know the story of the witches of Zugarramurdi. It is worth entering. The entrance includes a discount to visit the cave. Not advisable to pass all the way, it is very long. Better go directly to the cave and down and return by the same site.

  • In another country, this museum would have been nice, but in this country the Museum suffers from a dramatic lack in content. In the audiovisula that is passed on the ground floor, rightly makes refernecia that the "witch hunt" is not a fact only from the dark years of the Inquisition. Remember that Nazism, Stalinism, the McCarthyism, etc are clear examples of these sinister practices. But, it is dramatic, being a Spanish Museum does not make ANY reference to the murders, persecution, exile suffered by hundreds of thousands of Spaniards during the terrible dictatorship of Franco. Again forgetting of this sad country, killed them then, and turns to kill each day that documentary showing at that Museum. This is how I see it and so sorry.

  • It adds nothing. More than a Museum is a list of signs and 3 (numbered 3) videos that tell the story of the myth. No objects or noteworthy naa. Disappointing.

  • Sincerely, the Museum is well. I see that the reviews are very bad but do not make a case. It is a rather small museum, with two floors can be visited. Don't expect a major exhibition about the Inquisition, if not structured information on the persecution of witches in the village of Zugarramurdi, and in Spain in general accompanied by objects of the time and interactive documentaries. It is worth to see it if interest on the subject is very large.
