  • We must promote national culture and this Renaissance palace hosts a spectacular selection of the life and work of sculptor hand, doesn't disappoint either environment or collection, all which steps the city should go, also offers a short documentary audiovisual in the form of short film that clarify you any doubt about the avant-garde artist, interesting and very very nice

  • It is a museum dedicated to the work of the Aragonese sculptor Pablo Gargallo. There are very striking works and above all is situated in a palace which makes very nice visit, with its open courtyard and first floor gallery

  • Although it is close to the basilica del Pilar, this museum dedicated to the Expressionist and Cubist sculptor Pablo Gargallo is a marvel. It is small and easy to see, between half and 1 hora.aunque don't be art-lover, it is easy that you like. It has been renovated recently by adding drawings and making it more educational costs 4 euros and free for unemployed and older than 65 at the exit there are some terraces for a beer with ice-blended lime that is very good with this time

  • This little museum has several things going for it: 1) it's right downtown, in the old part of town. You can walk there easily. 2) it's in a lovely old palacete (mansion) that is nice to see in and of itself. 3) Pablo Gargallo's sculptures are top notch. The collection is extensive enough to give yo a good feel of his work through the years. The audiovisual presentation is very informative, and the museum is laid out nicely and provides enough explanation for self guided tours. I knew NOTHING about this amazing artist who did to sculpture what Picasso was doing to painting and Chigall was doing to mosaics and murals. 4) it's included in the Zaragoza Card. Worth every cent.
  • Very interesting stuff
  • Very nice place. Not only the museum. The surrounding area is typical 19 the century streets.
  • Highly recommended.

Where to stay in Zaragoza

When visiting this historical city, most visitors opt to stay in the old quarter, or Casco Viejo, for its convenient proximity to many of the city's iconic landmarks and compact network of local eateries, shops, and traditional architecture. The old quarter is located along the Ebre River meaning that you are only a scenic waterfront stroll away from the rest of the city's buzzing neighborhoods. Several newer hotels are located in the commercial zone centered around Gran Via, one of the city's main arteries, where plenty of shops and well-known restaurants line the buzzing streets. Alternatively, head to the University district for a mix of eclectic shops, quaint cafes, and a vibrant nightlife, where accommodation tends to be a bit cheaper.
