  • Will be perhaps the castles where better recognize the multiple layers of stories that have shaped during different periods. To your configuration does not stop being interesting, featuring a diamond, less usual in this type of construction. During the 20th century. XVIII would be quite modified in your interior, where Tower facades still standing, which face the courtyard of arms, supported by arches of bow down, once again, something quite peculiar in a castle and denouncing the your use until recent periods of history. The route is described step-by-step and offers interesting views of the building and the surrounding city.

  • Beautiful castle of Zamora, had to be amazing, very well preserved walls and enough ruined interior. It is next to the Cathedral and visit the two sites can be. Closes at 14 and opens at 17.00 h

  • Your story is beautiful, the history of the Spaniards of the time, is reflected with the Kings Knights and the village of zamora, but I reiterate I Castle nothing to do inside, you can count on the fingers of one hand.

  • The castle is free to enter and is the end point of a nice historical walk through Zamora. As castles go it is fairly average, but they have made the castle as accessible as possible with new walkways. There are good views over the surrounding area from the towers. Surrounding the castle is a nice park with sculptures, where you can rest in the shade for a while.
  • Worth to be visited. Well restored.
  • Amazing place and amazing landscape.
  • Precioso, tranquilo y con unas vistas impresionantes.
  • Fantastic ruins tour route set up with care. To visit to take some nice photos at a medieval monument.
