  • Beautiful romanic church in the outskirts of Vitoria, which was the first Cathedral in the Basque Country, surrounded by a natural spot ideal for a picnic. There's a really nice walk from the city cen...  more »
  • This church was the first Cathedral in Alava. In recent restoration works it has been found that it has an old sacred history (prior to the Christian times in the region)  more »

  • Basilica declared historic-artistic monument of national interest on June 4, 1931 and enjoys special protection, while I milestone of the Basque branch of the Camino de Santiago, by a resolution of the Basque Government of February 11, 2000.
