Laguna Negra, Vinuesa

(4.7/5 based on 460+ reviews on the web)
According to legend, Laguna Negra has no bottom and instead connects to the sea via caves. You may not see the mythical sea creature that lives in the depths, but keep an eye out for trout. Created by glaciers, this body of water has an impressive, mountainous setting. Not many foreigners visit here. Be aware that at certain times of the year you can only reach the lake on foot. Take the time to enjoy the fresh air. Arrange your visit to Laguna Negra and discover more family-friendly attractions in Vinuesa using our Vinuesa vacation route planner.

  • Although February is cold good temperatures did we imagine that we would find us snow on the access road and completely frozen lagoon. Ascension is long by the percentage of slope but worth the tiredness when at the end you find yourself with a Lake of glacial origin sitting at the foot of an impressive stone circus.

  • Certainly after them more less 3 km of ascent (depends on of the snow), raisins a great time enjoying of them views of the lagoon. In this time of black has little more "white", because this frozen and full of snow in its entirety. Certainly a very pleasant walk.

  • Since you're studying Bachelor, linked to peaks urbion, etc but with the shift in car, rise in shuttle bus, more walk above, to see a gap, like so many there are in Spain, my priority to visit will be at bottom. Said me, nothing that will impact!

  • Beautiful. A wonder of nature. Well cared for throughout the area and essential visit. There are no bars or restaurants in the area. Only a small hut in the car park of access where you can buy drink and something to nibble.

  • I love being a place with fresh air. I recommend that you go and see beautiful animals. I saw a few deer on the way back

  • A beautiful place near vinuesa, a very nice visit for everyone. They are 1.7 km from the car park walk, and if not you can take a bus which costs 4 min upload. And then for mountain lovers there is a distance of 3.2 km to the picos de urbion, promenade and a spectacular landscape
