Tazones, Villaviciosa
(4.3/5 based on 460+ reviews on the web)
Soak up the atmosphere of the charming fishing village of Tazones. As you wander its colorful streets, look for the shell-covered house and historic lighthouse. Play archeologist as you search for the genuine dinosaur footprints in the quarry near the beach. Fossils are not the only reason Tazones' beach is historically significant. King Charles V is said to have stepped on Spanish soil for the first time here when acquiring his new kingdom in 1517. Sample the catch of the day and sip some of the local cider in one of Tazones' many seafood restaurants. • Typical fishing village from the Cantabrian Sea, a small corner of the history of the fishing villages of the Cantabrian Sea. Good place to enjoy the Asturian coastal cuisine and take a stroll in their neighborhoods.

  • Pretty village close to Villaviciosa, although it is a bit more expensive if you want to eat in this town, but deserves worth going to see it

  • Total disappointment for a site with many expectations. Excellent location. Terrible facilities need urgent face cleaning. Deplorable service. A delay in putting the drink and the first. Shrimps grilled little made or last. Rice with catfish very improved, some burned parts and other hard rice. Prices too expensive for what they offer. We have had bad luck with this election. I hope that they will improve

  • Perfect location, especially the area of terrace overlooking the beach. Delicious appetizers, especially the Scorpion fish and crab cake. The bugre rice... Non-stop repeat; rice in your spot and the ideal bugre. Good service despite being full to the top. To return without hesitation. The best of bowls in terms of cuisine.
