  • An essential route in a spectacular setting, a summary of what has Asturias: forests, rivers, mountain, landscape, grass, charming villages... just missing the beach. About 3 hours back and forth (much faster return is downhill all) step quiet, stopping us to enjoy the cliff, landscape, River, town... We went with a 11 year old girl and did it without any problem, that ground was Yes. For children 7 smaller or less would have to be very careful there are areas of loose stone that can slide, and the fall can be deadly, so clear. Nothing that I know has never happened, but you have to be careful. The first part from the parking nearby Villanueva with steep slope makes you enter heat quickly. They are only 200 meters along the road until the beginning of the route sign. Almost advise if several people climb up to here by car, get off and that only the driver lower to park and walk. Thus it only pringá one. There is already caught the beginning of the route, a Gorge not suitable for people with vertigo via a path carved into the rock passing through tunnels and leaving the river of the fairies very very down. Spectacular. After the Gorge is left behind and got deep into the forest, beside the River, in a beautiful spot, fairy (or better said Xan) always at a fork in the path to the left we can return to cross the river and take a last short part but the hardest of all, out of the forest to a pasture with large slope area which leads to the Church of Pedroveya. Or we can turn to the right without crossing the River with what will go along a path (also hard although not so much) also giving a longer detour up to the Church. To relax taking something you can visit Pedroveya 200 metres boasts a reputed restaurant-bar of homemade food.

  • The first hundred meters along the road before the route were the peores.el rest is very affordable for all ages. Views and incredible landscapes. It is the perfect path if you do not want to make a very long.

  • A route by an environment spectacular. Very panoramic, with certain steps where you have to take precautions, especially in the first part of the route. If we are children, in these areas, we will have them to hand. The route can be done from back and forth to the town of Pedroveya. Another option, which I recommend, is to continue until Rebollada. From there we follow a track until Pedroveya and then continue to Dosangos. Then we started the descent to the start of the Gorge. Des this way make a circular route of about 12 kilometres.
