  • I think that Vigo might have many points of interest, but that by apathy you did he? and he was half-way. Vigo's history revolves around the sea. It seems that where you could make a good piece of Vigo-mar interested more abroad than the content. Even people, including myself, were offered parts to enrich the rooms of these centers of our roots and not gave us opportunity to make some Vigo show a piece of the city, such as the treasures of Rande, demonstrated and investigated by Mr. Potter, prints from the battle of Rande, coins of the time, types of vessels some of which were disappearing by carelessness weapons and especially photos antique, on the 1860, with the "bare" Castro, or German warships entering the Bay by firing blanks for the welcome which made them. There are great treasures of Vigo that don't come to light because although people who carry this theme are offered for free goes out of it. Anecdotes of tunnels that communicate unexpected areas of Vigo, which even ignore the same Vigo.

  • Firstly Museum is not bad, the location is just perfect, it provides parking "Although this echo a penalty", and although the galleries and exhibitions are very well in aquariums it is very poor and will not be for lack of space. It is not the height of a city like vigo.

  • A nice museum about everything related to the life in and with the sea. All texts are in Spanish and Galician, so not much worth to go there if you speak neither of them. Also the location at the sea side is great and the view you can enjoy without paying for the museum.
  • O sitio é impresionante, tanto o edificio como o lugar. Solo por eso vale a pena pasarse. Tamén o contido é interesante, ainda que creo q se podía facer máis atractiva a historia dos nosos mares.
  • Located in a privileged and unique architecture, allows to know science and methods of study of the sea, the trip from Darwin on the Beagle as well as different sea-related activities: fishing, cultivation of mussels, evolution of the diving, underwater archaeology, techniques of shipbuilding. It has a small aquarium with species of the marine ecosystem of the ría de Vigo. I am Galician, but missing Spanish texts (only there are explanations in Galician and English)
