  • We can go to Valldemossa to €3.40 return by the 210 bus which leaves from the intermodal station in Palma. The ride is picturesque as it passes through an area agricultural and mountainous island. The site of the Charterhouse is beautiful and the village that developed around has charm. As for the monastery itself, it was divided between several owners and everything cannot be visited. It is overall rather sinister. Among which is open to the visit, what struck me most interested is the cell of Chopin and George Sand: they spent 3 or 4 months, where they suffered horribly from hostility, pettiness and greed of the Valldemossans. Without remorse and shame, the current Valldemossans take advantage of the stay of these two artists: they pay extra for the visit of their housing and selling the book of George Sand, "A winter in Mallorca", in all languages. Far from remember the bad welcome their ancestors had given them, they suggest that this was a period of happiness and artistic creation. I was outraged.

  • I have to pay different tickets for several concepts of the same area. Carisimo 4 euros to see three beautiful rooms with Federico Chopin's piano. Nose includes the adjacent collection of objects of the same pianist. Clueless tourists. Would need to offer a bonus of multiple use. Much more interesting to the people, which in addition is free.
