  • Built by Francisco de los Cobos Secretary of the Emperor Charles, commissioned by the architect Luis Vega. Early on the 17TH becomes property of the Duke of Lerma and later. King Felipe III. His successor was born here in 1605. To 1769 Ventura Rodríguez projected the magnificent imperial staircase, made by Godoy. Other reforms have adopted it for their further military use.

  • My experience is not common, not I was visiting, but guest forced for almost a year since I did the old military service in its dependencies. Already almost forty years and know all the Palace completely. It has a few classrooms, a tapestry, a courtyard, a chapel and of course a history really magnificent. I can say that living there was fantastic, enriching, and of course an honor. Worth visiting it and of course the interesting buildings as close, as the Church of St. Paul, or the Museum of painted imagery. Beautiful city Valladolid, do not miss it.

  • Built in the 16th century it was inhabited by Kings Carlos I and Felipe II and Felipe III, he was born Felipe IV, is beside the Church of san Pablo, National Museum of sculpture and the Palace Pimentel. Herreriano style, it has three plant and two towers at the sides, the main staircase is great and similar to the Alcazar of Toledo.

  • The outside does not say much, at least for me, saved the two towers, but it has an imperial staircase inside pretty well kept and very good state as its ceiling paintings that are worthy to see... then is the Hall of the Throne which is worth seeing.

  • Spectacular Royal Palace of the Kings of Spain when Valladolid was Capital of Spain. Very beautiful cloisters and courtyards. Felipe II moved the Court to Madrid.
