    Penitential Church, which stored inside the image of the Vírgen de las Angustias or knives, masterpiece of Juni Huan. It is the most loved by the vallisoletanos image. The Church consists of nave and dressing room, which is the image of the Virgin, and the San Juan Evangelista and Santa Magdalena María, from these ancient passage of fifth anguish which keeps the rest of images in the National Museum of sculpture. The altarpiece is the work of Francisco de el Rincón, and represents a large relief of the incarnation. the high image of the fifth anguish. The Christ of the charcoal burners (proprietor of the Guild in its origins), of Frandisco del Rincón, is also preserved in a side chapel this sculptor is the author of the sculptures of the façade designed by Francisco de Praves, the image of the Vírgen de las Angustias is carried during the days of Easter by penitential confraternity which bears his name. It is the image that closes the great general procession on good Friday. The legend says that the sculptor was inspired in the throes of one of his daughters to carve the face of the Virgin.

    It is located beside the Calderón theatre and very close to the Santa Maria La Antigua, seat of the confraternity of the same name. It is from the 16th century and is inspired by the Cathedral, two bodies the lower shaped arch, with two Corinthian columns, and the upper with a pediment is a nave and side is the image of the Virgin of the Angustias de Juan de Juni, outstanding and wonderful.

    Built in 1597, is a penitential Temple, in which several processional steps of Holy week are. The façade with the images of San Pedro and San Pablo, piety and announcing, Palladian style. The Tabernacle of the chapel of the Virgen de las Angustias, the work of Juan de Juni and possesses a set of excellent works of art of the centuries XVII and XVIII.
