  • It is surprising that there is a Museum of African art in Valladolid, but surprisingly the quality of their parts and excellent museography and Museology presenting. The staff is super friendly and I recommend guided tours into the particularities of African art. Essential if you are traveling to Valladolid!

  • In our visit to the Palacio de Santa Cruz, we find by surprise with this exhibition. Hours from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 19:30, Tuesday to Saturday including holidays, Sundays from 11:00 to 14:00, Monday closed, with free entry, you can see a curious collection of African art, distributed in three rooms. To our opinion, and as they were anticipating the caregivers of the enclosure, the most spectacular is the third, in the room of St. Ambrose. Pleasantly surprised by everything we saw, we give our congratulations to the Fundación Jiménez-Arellano Alonso, for letting us enjoy size cultural heritage.

  • Surprised to see, in what was the University Library of the Santa Cruz Palace in the ' 60s, this collection of African art, with pieces of the "Kingdom of Oku" fantastic. It is complete with ceramics from various cultures in the "Hall of Presidents". Unfortunate queno becomes the well-deserved propagandaa so it is most visited.
