  • The Valencia Bullring is located next to North Station and the entrance to the Museum is located in a side street. Bought the ticket for 3 € you have access to the arena by visiting the stands along the corridor outside and even entering the clay area where there are bullfights. Afterwards, you can visit the Museum, located on the top floor, where you will find pictures of bullfighters of the past and an exhibition of trajes de luces (the clothes of bullfighters) from different historical epochs, muletas (cloaks they use to play), swords and banderillas. There are also stuffed heads of bulls, a bull embalmed and explanatory signs in Spanish and English. In one room is screened a video showing the cruelty (or the appeal, judge ye) of a bullfight. A passage to a bullfighting Museum is an essential, although not necessarily pleasant to know, look for some still matters of Spanish culture; I've seen more cared for, but the Museum of Valencia (given the price) is a good tool to get an idea of the theme.

  • Small museum attached to the Bull Ring. Interesting display of matador costumes, an explanation on the breeding of the bulls and a full sized bull! (Smaller than you might expect, as are the matador c...  more »
  • For € 1 or € 2 with teachers discount you can visit this museum. You are not hours with it, but it is very nice to have. First let's look at the arena, then the museum. A beautiful display of the tradition!

  • Interesting, but not a big Museum. Low price. Well worth a visit. A lot of emotion. There is an entrance to the arena

  • Another must-see is the bullfighting Museum, exactly next to the arena. A journey to discover customs, traditions, history and big names of bullfighting. Millenary tradition that embodies a unique and indescribable spirit. Is a must-see that leads into in Spain more metaphoric and symbolic. Nice, hope to return. PRO: overview on bullfighting, full paper guides in Italian cons: sometimes the arena is not open

  • I give it 5 stars because at the end it turns out to be part of the culture and traditions of Spain. However I am against the bulls because the animal per I like very much and I do not like people to find enjoyment by the fact of killing him. We should reflect on this.

  • I did not like anything, apart from the fact that does not seem well mistreatment towards these animals.
