  • My site preferred to roll with bike, take any opportunity to come to this beach to enjoy the bike and walk along the coast. It is suitable both for adults and accompanied minors. A small lake there are bushes and trees makes a point of relaxation.

  • Everytime I come to Valencia take the bicycle and the Center along the streets marked you arrive at this unique area: wild, free, fascinated, never clogged with people. A place to relax and enjoy the sea. Remember to bring water and sunblock on sunny days.

  • The beach of el Saler has always been a beach "dangerous. All the beaches in the world are increasing depth, except for this and some other degraded having a step where a child has drowned to suddenly lose standing. This is because of the expansion of the port have interrupted the flow of sand that replaced from North to South by the natural flow and also the expansion of the port has aggravated. The solution would have been to make the port of Valencia Island-shaped allowing the transit of sand under the bridges of connection between Earth and the port. But that was of course, expensive. Result of this, the sand of the beach of the Meadow, and all the Saler, has become thick (the fine sea took her by the suction for the cause already expressed) and is formed by coarse grains and remains of eroded shells. The old sand belt dimensions and the current vary enormously. He has tried to recover without success; the storms hit this beach, in constant deterioration. An attempt to sandblast it with what accumulates in the North of the port, unduly prolonged by the non-movement of sand deposit, and has not achieved anything. Other countries put artificial reefs, which ought to be the patch solution, provided that no damage (rocks in the background) forces that are habitat for marine life. In regard to the landscape, large pine forest also in deterioration and dunes in regeneration, although there are traces of the man who sought the full urbanisation of the forest.
