  • Stu.pe.fa.cen. you. Really nice. You remain speechless. The entrance façade is amazing, all in Alabaster, the Interior is beautiful, all in three floors. Works of art in its purest state. Again, beautiful.

  • Absolutely agree that the ceramics collection and exposition halls interiors are beautiful. But the facade of Palacio del Marqués de Dos Aguas is the most fascinated and marvelous.  more »

  • Great place to spend an hour or two. The architecture is wonderful. We went on a day it was free, although didn't realise this until we got there. Some very interesting objects and history. A brief summary of each room can be found in several languages on a stand in the room to give you at least some idea of what the room and contents are about.
  • Top of my list for Valencia. The building itself is an amazing architecture and decor. Especially the halls towards the end of the tour are simply breathtaking. Entrance is 3 Euros. Must see!
  • So so so beautiful! Incredible building, friendly staff, lovely experience!
  • Its a good building, the first two floors are showcasing a palace and the two top floors are the where you will find the ceramics
  • Really interesting museum. If you like ceramics, you should pay a visit!

Where to stay in Valencia

The Valencia city center is hugged by a river bed-turned park that leads down to the City of Arts and Sciences and harbor area. Stay along the river to be no more than a pleasant stroll away from some of the main neighborhoods and attractions. The popular El Carmen neighborhood, one of the oldest in the city, is known for its bohemian atmosphere and historical architecture, making it a popular area for daytime tourism and lively nightlife. For a selection of newer hotels and well-known shops, you can opt to stay in the city's commercial district of Colon Street, only a short walk from the old center and well-connected by the metro. For a laid-back, sun-filled retreat, El Cabanyal is a quiet residential neighborhood near the city's main beach.
