This woman is a Catholic apparition attributed to the Virgin Mary, patroness of Valencia, and also one of seven patrons of the autonomous communities of Spain.   • Located in the historical district, outside it seems a normal old building. Inside, it is beautiful. Visit obliged.

  • Unlike the Cathedral, you pay no access here. Superb Interior. Annoying that at the entrances, as at many churches in Valencia, beggars.

  • Very beautiful church build in the 17th century. It is not very big, but attract with beauty, it is the church for local valencianos. The amount of fresh flowers around the main altar is magnificent, the nice smell from the flowers is divine.
  • Once you have been inside the basilica go around the back of the building and look for the glass doors, there is a small museum of religious art upstairs. It cost 2€ and you get a guided tour in Spanish.
  • Part of a wonderful plaza. Great area to hang out. Note the unusual Star of David in the design of the basilica.
  • Nice church with rich decorated walls and ceiling.
