  • Fundamental Castle in the history of Castile and Spain: Juan II, Enrique IV, Isabella of Castile, Ferdinand of Aragon and Felipe II all passed through here and are attached to the Villa. A national monument since 1931.

  • The castle built on the site of a pre-existing fortress. Its structure is integrated into the adjacent church of San Miguel. Remains of a curtain wall are at the rear
  • to complete the getaway by Navafría and sotosalvos, must visit this castle, moderately well preserved and very accessible to walk away from the Centre of the village.

  • It's a beautiful castle unfortunately it needs a good refurbishing.
  • Very nice to have a look at from the exterior, definitely the only thing worth seeing from Turégano
  • Despite not being very well preserved and that charge to enter (2 euros I remember) I really liked. The power move on your own by the Castle gives much play. The chapel would be a great place to shoot scenes of terror highly recommended lol.

  • The external structure of the castle is impressive. Inside this desolate only deserves to pay for login to enjoy the views from the Tower of the Castle.

  • It is a pity because you need a rehabilitation but it continues to be an impressive construction.
