  • I did not have the best of experiences here. It was mostly with the fact that we had a room that was most likely going to undergo rennovations over the next few months. If you end up getting a room where we did (Building A 2nd floor) then you're probably going to have a similar experience that I had. The rooms were full of dust most likely due to the construction on the first floor. There was no chance of sleeping in past 730am because the construction workers down below. There was so much dust flowing all around that I'm sure that it made its way through the vents and onto the room. The floors so dusty that I did not feel comfortable being barefoot in the room. I wish that was the end of it but I had to request to move rooms several times and was constantly told it was overbooked. Yet, when there was water flowing through the bathroom ventilation (yes, this really happened water was literally flowing from the ventilation) then they finally moved us. The positives of my stay were the breakfast and the common facilities in the hotel. The breakfast was a wide selection of fruits and vegetables and all was very fresh. The view from the room was great as well as it was facing the beach. The room and the guest services were poor and left a huge damper on my trip. The rooms dust prevented me from being able to sleep well and breathe easily the next day despite the many cleanings we requested and the opening of windows. Again this review is mainly focused on the older rooms in the 2nd floor of building A , I assume they are older because they look nothing like the advertised rooms on their website.
  • Zero stars or negative stars if I could. Worst hotel in existence. Rooms are awful and service is abysmal. We were situated directly above construction and the ventilation was seeping out dust and metallic fumes. We asked the front desk to move us because of the poor air quality and we were moved to a room on the exact same floor with the exact same problem. We told the front desk again, and they believed that by giving us a room with a view, it would alleviate all problems. We asked three times for housekeeping to clean our room, but they didn't clean until the next afternoon (after we had already slept in the room). The problems did not end there. Our bathroom started leaking water from the ceiling. We informed the front desk, and again, they told us that we had a room with a view so we should be grateful. We offered that we would pay extra money if we could be given another room, but they told us that they were fully booked. After speaking with the manager, we were finally moved to another room (and I thought they were fully booked?) Still on the same floor, with the same construction problem. They told us that the shower in the room upstairs was the issue (obviously). Our friend in another room on the same floor kept getting a bloody nose. My boyfriend and I both felt like we were suffocating, and we could taste dust particles. We suspected that the rooms have mold or some other air quality issue. Absolutely the worst. There is nothing good to say.
  • I spent 6 days in this hotel during Christmas. I got a double room in the first floor. Uncomfortable pillows. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with broad variety. Small swimming pool. Friendly staff and excellent location by the beach
  • This hotel is great, really stylish and in a great location on the beach. The pool is good but not heated, so very cold when we went in March.
  • Beautiful room overlooking the ocean, very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Unfortunately due to the weather in Dec, didn't get to experience the pool as it rained quite a lot. Would definitely come back.
