Paseo Maritimo, Torre del Mar
(4.6/5 based on 340+ reviews on the web)
Enjoy the sun and surf on Paseo Maritimo, one of the Costa del Sol’s longest seaside promenades. At nearly 3 km (1.86 mi) long, Torre del Mar’s waterfront path provides a wide range of green spaces, dining options, and outdoor activities. Rent a bike and zip along the walkway’s special bike lanes, or simply stroll through its gardens and open spaces. The promenade is the site of many bars and cafes as well as local fishermen selling their freshly-caught and freshly-grilled specialties. Play areas for children are also well-equipped and spread out along its length, meaning that the area is very family-friendly. Be sure to bring your camera as the parks and palm groves in the area are home to a sizeable flock of wild green parakeets. For travelers who use our custom trip planner, Torre del Mar holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Paseo Maritimo and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

  • You're just passing through or are visiting Malaga, be sure to stop and see this charming little town, mainly in the summer – there's always events. Are 2 km of a "Promenade" very clean, with manicured gardens and squares such as the "Plaza of the Poems". There are also gazebo, Lighthouse, Picasso's paintings on tile on the walls, sources that illuminate at night, restaurants, bicycle paths, sports etc. In addition to total accessibility to wheelchair users. It is one of, if not the most beautiful waterfront cities I've visited in Spain.

  • Lovely walk right from Torre del Mar to Allegrobbo 3.5k CSI walk on the beach or pavement - a number of bars on the way to stop off for a rest - no dogs on beach in summer months
  • the promenade of Torredelmar left me very excited to visit this magnificent Beach although it was November first and also made us some good days I decided not to bathe but the long promenade walk were very consistent crowded and very clean (I think that many municipal corporations) of coastal zone would have to visit this walk and take examples
