  • It's hard to truly understand Toledo and why the ancients built it upon this spot when you arrive from Madrid, over the flatlands. By crossing the river and going up to the Mirador, the curve of the T...  more »
  • Beautiful view of the city of Toledo, day and night, a place that should not be missed. Can be reached on the tourist bus and in the train, both teach you the city from outside, bridges, door posts, walls, etc. Magnificent views around the city and the Tagus River.

  • It is easy to catch the flavour of the historic city of Toledo because you cannot walk around the narrow, winding streets without coming across an important building. However, Toledo looks pretty good from a distance too! It almost looks like an island city - it is located on a hill surrounded on three sides by a bend in the Tagus River. The Mirador Del Valle is a good place to view this beautiful city.
  • Excellent views of Toledo. Stop first near the little restaurant, and then keep walking another few minutes for slightly different views with angles to the river and bridges.
  • Not much to say. Not hard to reach, excellent view, free. Some more detailed information of the building in sight would be helpful. Currently there is only a very crude profile of the skyline.
  • Spectacular view of historic Toledo from across Tajo River. Worth the hike!
  • Great panoramic view of toledo
