  • Not makes missing search synagogues or get to the Alcazar, nothing more down of the train have a building splendid worthy of admiration both by outside as by inside is as the aperitif sweet that you expected in your visit to the city. Have you been able to condition the modernity of the Avant and the history of its walls and old box office, now purely decorative. And also important, for starters, the visit and the photos of the building is free of charge every day of the year.

  • If you have a multi-day visit to Madrid, then it's worth it to be one of those days the speed train (AVE) once to take to the beautiful city of Toledo, a gem partly surrounded by the Tagus River. The train is half an hour and costs only just over a tenner. From the train station in Toledo you have several options to in the historic centre, just a short walk (a spicy half an hour uphill), the hop-on-hop-off bus or taxi. The station of Toledo is a beautiful building with a characteristic tower with clock. Do it!

  • The station is architecturally a marvel of the neo-Mudejar style. The excellent bar in your kitchen and the customer service. However, accessibility is very bad. For those who have mobility problems /tienen it's nothing comfortable, is only accessible to the 5 platform; the other terraces downstairs, if you can. In addition, buses that communicate with the city are not exactly good in its service, whether output from the station and other places to the station; not always taxis.

  • The station itself is worth visiting if you like architecture. And if you also like the railway, you can see one of the old electric trains, 289 during the weekend. On the other hand accessibility for disabled people leaves much to be desired.

  • Beautiful neo-Mudejar style with mosaics of Mario Maragliano station.

  • The frequency of the trains of the suburban line is still insufficient. They leave the city in a clear contempt the rest deal. Even so, it is welcome to go not only to Atocha, but also Sun, Nuevos Ministerios or Chamartin.

  • I do not know very well with what part of the body is the station, but accessibility is exclusively for pedestrians, wheelchair or baby cart can only be accessed via 5, and not fun to have to carry the cart in tow to access another platform, I can't imagine with a wheelchair , that if, when you go with someone, because it is just impossible.
