  • It is a good military museum that is worth to be visited, perhaps best guide since otherwise there are many things that you may go unnoticed, but it is that, a museum. It was bombed almost in its entirety during the civil war, which is rebuilt to almost 100%. It is worth to be visited as an important part of our history and because it has many pieces that are worth, but don't go expecting to find "a castle". Only the courtyard of Carlos V and is rebuilt.

  • great library where you can have a book, sit and read, and then upstairs you have a cafeteria with windows that let you have a panoramic view on Toledo
  • Beautiful views of the city of Toledo (especially at sunset) & really affordable prices (not a tourist trap..). 1 euro for a cafe con leche and 1.20 for a beer! Not to mention very friendly staff! Definitely recommend!
  • Worth visiting for the views and free internet
  • Great views. Blah food.
  • Good to see

Where to stay in Toledo

When visiting Toledo, staying inside the old city walls allows for on foot access to all of the area's historical landmarks as well as a tight network of shops, restaurants, and museums. Similarly, staying in the old center, which sits on a raised hill overlooking the city, avoids a daily hike to the city's main attractions. Many old buildings in the center have been transformed into boutique hotels and guest houses, allowing visitors to experience the rich historical heritage and beautiful architecture of the city.
