Golf Costa Adeje, Tenerife

4.3
#3 of 8 in Golf in Tenerife
Polish your putting skills and dust off your 9 iron at Golf Costa Adeje, an idyllic 18-hole course on the coast of Tenerife. Admire the grounds of the course, set on the site of a former banana plantation, as you attempt to come in under its par of 72. The site also offers a nine-hole course, a 2.5 hectare (6 acre) driving range, putting greens, and chipping greens. Finish your rounds and head to the clubhouse for a buffet lunch or a cold drink. Golf cart rentals are included in the green fees. Plan to visit Golf Costa Adeje and other customer-reviewed, writer-recommended Adeje attractions using our Adeje trip itinerary site .

  • The field is terraced with many holes sea that are beautiful to behold. The field itself is maintained well, the fairways are treated, but we found the Greens very fast, almost from the League and so punitive. Some par 4 are also quite long and difficult to reach with 3 shots. On the other hand the wonderful sea view compensates for the difficulty of the game. In summer-considered low season-there are interesting promotions worth enjoy (with green fees, cart and lunch included). In the restaurant there is a salad bar, a meat and pasta or otherwise there are just sandwiches. Well stocked clothing in particular the pro-shop.

  • Fantastic course. Great deals. Food and staff fantastic.
  • Great value ,helpful staff ,rental clubs are ok,course was in superb condition and a good challenge ,great views and the summer deal included a buffet lunch which was better than our hotel food,we were 315 euros for golf ,buggys, clubs and lunch for 3 people would recommend this place for golf and eating
  • To me very difficult course with an opening hole of over 620 yards followed by a 70 yard par three! Beautiful views. Have a high single handicap , went round in 88 and was happy with that only because I was knackered. It felt like a slog and was just happy to finish in the end.bar and restaurant area lovely but very expensive.
  • nice little 9 hole course, worth spending a few hours on and it is not very expensive.
  • The course is a very hard test of golf with the greens overly fast and sometimes not fair for the shot played. The biggest issue is the pace of play. It took us 1 hour to play 3 holes and 5 hours for 18 holes. Marshals only said it is very busy and did not seem to want to speed play up. There are nice views and the holes are well sculptured.
