  • That you need to visit this castle, pirate history goes anver sadath as children, and the view isn't bad to do while you are there. Remember that the imagination and happiness are in small things.

  • For only 3 euro per adult it is very affordable. You get to go on the roof and wander through the castle that was been converted in a pirate museum. Very nice place.  more »
  • The outskirts of Teguise, the castle is reached via drive up to the top of the crater from where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the island, just a shame that in our case the sky was overcast and the horizon obscured by haze. You can also walk around the crater or on edge. Inside the castle there is a small Museum of piracy: no big deal regarding the finds, but certainly allows to know part of the story of the Canaries by no means a foregone conclusion.

  • For a good wine with its tapa, in a secluded patio. What else to ask on a windy Lanzarote day?
  • Absolutely superb place. Bodega Santa Barbara made our day when we visited Teguise Sunday market. Delicious food, friendly service & the guitar player they had was great. Could have stayed there all afternoon, but my bus came!

  • We arrived randomly in bodega run by very nice Italian boys 2 (Fabio and David) who served us exceptional tapas accompanied by a good wine isolate tinto and blanco del Grifo. We recommend a visit to all Italians who go to Teguise market Sunday.

  • Good place for a coffee or wine, quiet and cool. Highly recommended.
