  • Seen from far away the city hide the small treasure of this old district in height where including the beautiful Romanesque cathedral and its cloister. That's not all as strolling through these streets, we appreciate the magnificent mansions, old windows wooden, stores of good quality, the authentic life of the neighborhood, the views to the sea, the old walls. This is being a walk on foot for a full day including the visits of monuments. You can park the car in one of the parkings of the avenue of Catalonia, at the foot of the Citadel, all the rest being on foot.

  • Not often publicized traveler touch hands wall erected before our era and successfully surviving the battle against an unforgiving Time more than twenty centuries. It's a miracle you can see in Tarragona. And the Roman wall and the Tower of the Bishop and the surviving Roman gates and now admire the talent of architects and skill builders.

  • It's a nice walk down memory lane with the Roman walls and contra-muralhas. don't need much imagination to be time travelers.

  • Very nice walk on the walls, a few monuments enjoyed with brief explanations. We had taken the pass of 4 Roman monuments (point info next to the Cathedral - attention Cathedral not included in the pass). Allignements of guns and amazing views. Resting and little world for a month of August: very well.

  • Not much of the walls in Tarragona, but when visiting the city should not go without seeing what is left of them to appreciate what they were in ancient times. As a curiosity, I tell them that there are houses inhabited in some parts of the walls, what continues to be a little "curious". I think that in turn is I didn't have to have authorized such housing.
