  • Not everything in the area of cabo de gata is beach. A good evening delivery also entertains children and adults. The caves are amazing, you should visit them because there are only 5 in the world and is the only one in Spain. They are plaster. I loved the Guide. The explicataba everything very well and with much Andalusian salt. It was a fun and educational experience. Very good to make with children from 5 years old...

  • We went on family (children 7-10 years) and everyone had a great. The caves of Sorbas are worth a visit because they are very different from what we are accustomed. They are quite rare, since they are in gypsum formations (the guide said we had 5 of these characteristics in the world), so you'll not find many stalactites or stalagmites, but some living caves that are changing by erosion of the water (Yes, water in Almeria!). You can make several routes, depending on your taste and physical capacity. We opted for the Basic (15 adults and 10,50 euros children), which lasts about two hours. You don't have to be a professional to make it, but it must pass some catteries and climb in some places by what can be uncomfortable for some people. Facilitate you a helmet with a light, it is not an ornament, it is very necessary because I believe that all of the group we realized once in the head. I recommend that you wear good shoes: sports that they grip or smell. The temperature in the caves is very nice, you won't need outerwear (at least on the basic route). The guide who accompanied us, Daq, was very friendly he gave many explanations to us and was very aware of all the members of the group, especially the smaller. At the end of the tour make you some pictures, that you can buy for 4 euros and that you also send by e-mail. This route photos or videos themselves cannot be. After the visit I recommend eating in the restaurant of the caves (menu 12 euros for adults with first, second, drink and dessert, and plate combined for children, also with drink and dessert for 9 euros). Everything was very good and had quite a few dishes of the local cuisine to choose from.

  • They have three possibilities to make visits to the caves (Basic, technical and combined). The technique from 16 children. Any of them is fantastic! As kids get older we have gone through all of them. The cave is fantastic, chocks, water, stalagmites, stalactites, columns, easy access. Carol, fantastic Guide. In the combined make you photo inside and charge you € 4 per photo. In the technique, you can take your camera. At the end I recommend the restaurant full menu and good price. Finally, NAP in the pool of Sorbas in the shade, €2.5.

  • Excellent experience and beautiful views. We did the begginer walk which was nice but still tricky because it is a river bed.
  • Really great guided tour of the caves! English language tours also run
  • Basic path is amazing
  • Very nice caves with excellent guides. Not too crowded at all.
  • I've gone to see the caves of Sorbas, at the technical level. It has been quite an experience, descends 50 metres, there is a stretch of 8 meters you do rappelling, also chocks, and areas in which you have to go down with the force of your body. Great fun and a beautiful cave. The guide was a charm, helped us explaining us how to descend and make all the movements (I don't remember his name). There is also a of more routes for people who want to see the cave without many complications, but you have to wear comfortable shoes. Wonderful and eager to repeat.
