Museu Cau Ferrat, Sitges
(4.4/5 based on 140+ reviews on the web)
Admire an extensive collection of works by famed Catalonian painter Santiago Rusiñol at Museu Cau Ferrat, a complex dedicated to the modernist artist. Visit the museum, set within a historical residence along a winding street, and explore its colorful, ornate interior packed with paintings, sculptures, ceramics, and more, all amassed or created by Rusiñol. You'll notice that Rusiñol isn't alone here, either: several pieces by El Greco and Pablo Picasso (his contemporary and inspiration) keep him company. To get a more in-depth understanding and overview of the works within the museum, call ahead to arrange a guided tour with the staff. • so original collection, and so amazing sea views, it worth 3 visits at least . We really like Sitges
  • Quiet and small definitely worth the visit just behind the old church which is up the steps from the beach and the sea.
  • You need almost a three-hour minimum to appreciate all the breaks and parts. Is perfect, both the physical space and the curious, varied and interesting collection of ceramics, paintings, sculptures, wrought iron and original parts belonging to the painter Santiago Rusiñol and Ramon Casas.
