  • When we visited it was an exhibition and we enter inside. Interesting to see the "skeleton" of a church with these characteristics. It is refreshing, but that also allows such opportunities. Deserves the worth the detour if is is strolling by the helmet old of Sigüenza

  • Impressive mid S 12TH church dedicated to Santiago, since as a kid who was inside, sooo very nice, for some, charming and that told us all the inner workings of the Church, from Valencia and Alicante, comes another road of Santiago, which passes through Madrid, Guadalajara, Sigüenza, Burgos and joins the French way is the so-called road of wool relatively unknown. From the outside it is Romanesque total, with their archivolts, but once inside, you notice that the evolution of the Gothic has advanced by the arches of half point and the height of the Church. Striking the dome, all of stone, resisting 800 years, the first that were constructed, nerves of the same, are already twisted when they should be straight and the wall of the apse, which is built on the wall of the 12TH S. It was bombed twice in the civil war and endured an arch and dome, like the walls without falling, up to that at the beginning of the XX S started to rehabilitate the roof and we want to convert eager volunteers in Museum of Romanesque art in the province of Guadalajara. It has lots of history if you, look at it and ask for it, since this guy that we asked, you really want to and much interest and that is great when it comes to any project. Thank you very much for your guide. We will return
