  • I am at the door of the beautiful and closed cámara obscura building, with no chance of coming back, again... Thanks for the misleading hours .. darn!  more »
  • Easy access, it is interesting to get to the top of this tower to enjoy a panoramic view of Seville and its roofs. In addition you can also attend a guided tour in addition to discover the secrets of the dark room or dine at the foot of the Tower in a framework typically Spanish.

  • If you're in the area I'd definitely say it was worth a trip up the Tower. It has yet another view of the city. It's not as impressive as the setas in the centre nor as breathtaking as the Giralda but...  more »

  • Great views from the obscure Obscura. Worth the trip, the bus is the c2 which is the external city circuit one. Drops you off at the door. Go when it's clear and sunny. The camera works best then. The clarity and range is something to behold. The external viewing gallery is well placed to offer good views of the city as well. €4 euro for the external and camera showing. Worth it.
  • Very nice and beautiful experiences, the guide is prepared, you can grasp something of the city that in no other way you could grasp. Worth the money.

  • Amazing experience. Panoramic views of Seville to 45 meters above a tower belonging to an extinct factory of pellets and a Camera Obscura projected onto a concave screen session. Although the views are excellent, making this experience into something surprising are the didactic explanations of the Assistant warden, filled with anecdotes and historical references, that accompany the display of images. An authentic master. The session lasts 45 minutes. The Tower has a lift.

  • Beautiful is the view that the darkroom. Is one of the most spectacular things I've ever seen.

  • Initially we thought mount, take pictures and go back down. It was not counting on "the attraction" the "camera obscura". Awesome! The person who did this is passionate and takes you on a tour of Seville very original: a mirror. It is absolutely required.

Where to stay in Seville

Seville's flat, grid-like city center makes it one of Spain's most walkable cities. While no part of the center is more than a 15-minute walk away, you might enjoy staying on one of the many picturesque cobblestone streets leading off from the famous Cathedral in Plaza España. Boutique hotels and historical apartment rentals intermix with the old quarter's tapa bars and Andalusian storefronts. Nearby, Barrio Santa Cruz is a bit quieter than the main plaza but still boasts the city's sought-after old-world charm. Across the river is the Triana neighborhood, where a lack of heavy tourism has preserved the strong local scene in this mainly residential area full of traditional restaurants and corner bars.
