Puente de Isabel II (Puente de Triana), Seville
(4.3/5 based on 650+ reviews on the web)
Stop for a photo op on Puente de Isabel II (Puente de Triana), an elegant bridge connecting the city center with the Triana district across the Guadalquivir River. Although a rustic pontoon bridge originally spanned the river here, the structure was rebuilt during the reign of Isabel II in the 19th century. As you cross the bridge, spot the Golden Tower and the la Maestranza bull-fighting stadium from here. Cafes and sites that offer nightlife cluster around the bridge on either side. • Recommend much do the walk in boat that is makes in the Tower of the gold that hard approximately 1 hour, that is makes very short but deserves the penalty by them views to the city from the Guadalquivir. If like visit Seville and have much more information tourist for your getaway to the City visit my blog personal unachicatrotamundos.com then recommend direct you to pass by the bridge of Isabel II to see as sunset and arrive to the famous neighborhood of Triana. If to those heights not you searched in love of Seville, to the see the sunset from the bridge of Isabel II and the neighbourhood of Triana after this it going to make safe.

  • If the traffic on the bridge was less dense, it might be nice to stroll to observe life on and around the river.

  • Charming area of Old Sevilla. It was 1 of my favorite areas during our visit. Very nice market too. Right at the base of the bridge.
  • Nice view of the river and the Seville skyline. There are a couple good restaurants nearby as well as the Castillo de San Jorge museum.
  • Beautiful bridge that connects Triana to the more touristy part of Sevilla.
  • Pretty spot. Takes you over to the Triana neighborhood from the old downtown/Cathedral area. There's a good market (mercado) right beside the bridge on the Triana side - a good place to get a cold drink and/or a snack.
  • This is one of the most beautiful sights in all of Sevilla. I do not take saying so lightly, as Sevilla is gorgeous! Take the time to visit the bridge at night. The surrounding area and paths alongside the shoreline provide some of the best ambiance you can get in the city. Wouldn't trade seeing this for anything!
