  • On the outskirts of Seville can be aloud what remains of a monastery that must have been great in their day, but that the confiscation contributed to their destruction and the rest did the negligence that dominated our country at times. Even so, only contemplating its Tower and what is left of the courtyard (each quadrant dome preserved has their own images) allow to assess the greatness that must have had. It is impossible for heritage lovers don't feel anger seeing the shredding, but what has become must see.

  • Beautiful monastery unknown on the outskirts of Seville, there is something badly preserved but very interesting and picturesque, on the patio next to the monastery a Peña flamenca, also Park is St. Jerome on the side. It has a public library. Only go if you spare time in Seville, is worthwhile for residents in Seville.

  • Ancient monastery of the 15th century semiderruido but refurbished. To become as Civic Center. It is surrounded by gardens with a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

  • It is a spectacular building and that only the central courtyard, surrounded by a gallery of impressive arches is preserved. It is often used for social and cultural events of high level. It is a luxury to be able to enjoy a concert in the light of the Moon in such magical place or a parade of fashion between those stones.

  • It is an especially intimate place. I am visiting him often because my child is rehearsing with the choir, and the environment so special that it creates, listening to their beautiful voices is incredible.

  • Very nice. A day that we passed had a kind of market, we thought it was a trace and enter but only sold sewing utensils

  • It should be an icon in the city but due to the abandonment of all municipal governments is a semirruinoso building. You are now in a better State.

Where to stay in Seville

Seville's flat, grid-like city center makes it one of Spain's most walkable cities. While no part of the center is more than a 15-minute walk away, you might enjoy staying on one of the many picturesque cobblestone streets leading off from the famous Cathedral in Plaza España. Boutique hotels and historical apartment rentals intermix with the old quarter's tapa bars and Andalusian storefronts. Nearby, Barrio Santa Cruz is a bit quieter than the main plaza but still boasts the city's sought-after old-world charm. Across the river is the Triana neighborhood, where a lack of heavy tourism has preserved the strong local scene in this mainly residential area full of traditional restaurants and corner bars.
