  • Hotel super comfortable joining the historic to modern, in a old building but with the advances needed. A work of art in every corner, charming and historical apartment with modern bathrooms, including box separated from the bathtub. Excellent breakfast with wide varieties of fruits and breads. Staff very attentive and helpful. Excellent location. Dream environment, perfect!

  • The bar itself felt very classy and timeless, a lot of tourists and more elderly guests enjoying a drink or two. Excellent service at the restaurant, food was pretty good and what you would expect from the prices.
  • I did not stay here, but I had one of the best meals I have had in years at their restaurant. Absolutely fantastic meal at all levels. We ended up there mostly because they had decent vegetarian options in their menu, but ended up having a full meal with all 3 courses. The food was tasteful and delicate, veggies and fish cooked to perfection and without being pretentious. Pricey but totally worth the money.
  • Fabulous hotel! This place is like staying in a fancy museum right by the best sights in Santiago. The service is top notch and the food was delicious. The bathrooms in our rooms were SUPER modern and luxurious, so don't worry about that. The only thing I would mention is that the floors in the rooms creak when you walk around, but it wasn't too bothersome. Fantastic overall!
  • Located side by side the Cathedral you have the privilege of sleeping in the former Pilgrims Hospital built in the sixteenth century by order of the Catholic Kings. A unique place.
  • Fabulous place in a great location. Car is parked for you and brought to front of hotel written little fuss. Building lovely. Good breakfast.
