  • We took a guided tour alone my partner and I with the Guide. It was a real pleasure. We enjoyed each showcase, each explanation, talk etc. The museum owns authentic treasures, is a perfect place to go with kids. To learn to value and respect to our ancestors.

  • Although it seems that it will not be broad, misleading. For my very well established and where you can learn more about this time.

  • Great museum. Everything is well showcased in an excellent way. You see a lot of things and learn a lot all in an easy peasy way. It depicts the history of mankind in the area from the begining to the occupation of the Romans in Cantabria. Videos and representations are easy to watch and very useful! Really worth a visit!
  • Very interesting, interactive museum. I thought, it is another one of the same old same old prehistorical museum, but this is definitely worth to visit if you're in the area.
  • One of the best museums I've been to. You learn about archeology, human evolution, Roman occupation in Cantabria. It's a lot to take in but very much educational and entertaining.
  • A spectacular Museum! Very well organized, with modern technology to visualize your content and interact with visitors. The descriptions are written in Spanish, English and French, which is appreciated. The information is communicated in a fun way, and use questions to start each chapter. Essential for the lovers of history / archaeology, or those who simply wish to have a fun and educational time.

  • A highly recommended visit. Excellent Museum, with a collection of very interesting and a very didactic exhibition. Ideal to go with children.
